Gluten Free Rolls Arrive at Firehouse Subs

All of the sub, none of the gluten!

Everybody loves a good sub sandwich. But you know what not everybody loves? Gluten.  That's why Firehouse Subs is rolling out a new gluten-free sub roll.

Available at select locations, the gluten free sub roll can be added to any sub on the menu to make your sandwich gluten-freeish.  Why freeish? That's because like most restaurants, Firehouse Subs doesn't dedicate equipment or prep space for gluten-free foods. That means they can't guarantee that your sando won't come into contact with a crumb or two of gluten.

Opting for the gluten-free sub roll at Firehouse does come at an additional charge. Depending on the location, Firehouse gluten-free patrons should expect to pay an extra dollar or two.

Firehouse's gluten free roll is sourced from Schar, which specializes in gluten-free bread products.
